This new DDLM-019-070-01 Linear Actuator can develop 10.1 oz (2.8 N) of continuous force and 32.1 oz (8.9 N) of peak force at 10% duty cycle.  Having a stroke of 0.960 in. (24.4 mm), this clean, fully enclosed linear actuator, also referred to as an electric cylinder is ideal for use in critical medical applications.

Motion Control – Van Nuys, CA – Newly released from Moticont, the miniature GVCM-019-022-02 Linear Voice Coil Servo Motor, is just three-fourths of an inch (19.0 mm) in diameter and features a half inch (12.7 mm) stroke. This very small linear actuator, also referred to as an electric cylinder, features 8.4 ounces (2.3 N) of continuous force and 26.6 ounces (7.4 N) of peak force at a 10 percent duty cycle. This non-commutated brushless servo motor features: High reliability, high speed, high acceleration/deceleration, and repeatability when used in a servo loop, and zero cogging.

The compact AQ110 Series of four cross roller linear stages have travel lengths of 15 mm (0.590 in), 30 mm (1.181 in), 50 mm (1.968 in), and 75 mm (2.952 in). Open loop repeatability of all stages is 0.5µ using a 10 mirco- steps-per-step Step Motor Driver or just 0.25µ using a 20 mirco-steps-per-step Step Motor Driver. Precision ground lead screws with just 2µ of backlash and high precision cross roller linear travel guides assures repeatability of 5µ, and positional accuracy of 10µ.

This miniature Linear DC Servo Motor has a continuous force rating of 16.9 oz. (4.7 N) and a peak force of 53.5 oz (14.9 N) at a 10% duty cycle.

The extended length of the motor is 1.31 inch (33.3 mm) at mid-stroke, and has a 0.125 inch (3.2 mm) diameter open aperture for optics, illumination, laser beams, or passage of cables. Clean and quiet, this non-commutated, miniature brushless servo motor features: Zero cogging and zero backlash (when connected directly to a load), high acceleration, deceleration and high speed.
