Open loop repeatability of all stages is 0.5µ using a 10 mirco- steps-per-step Step Motor Driver or just 0.25µ using a 20 mirco-steps-per-step Step Motor Driver. Precision ground lead screws with just 2µ of backlash and high precision cross roller linear travel guides assures repeatability of 5µ, and positional accuracy of 10µ.

The yaw range of travel is +/-10 or +/- 15 degrees. The pitch range of travel is 360 degrees of continuous motion. The diameter of the pitch axis is 60 mm.
