Motion Control Light Weight, Tough, “Bull Dog” Linear Bearings Handle – High Loads, Shock, High Speed, and DIRT!

Longmeadow, MA – Motion Control – Self lubricating, “Bull Dog” linear and rotary bearings from LM76 feature high load capacity, high shock capability, wide temperature range, very low coefficient of friction, high speed, low noise, dimensional stability, and light weight. Available in inch sizes of 0.5, 0.625, 0.750, and 1.00, these maintenance free bearings can operate under water, in the slurry of a tile saw, or in dusty and abrasive environments. “Bull Dog” bearings are ideal for: Marine applications, packaging machines, off road and military vehicles, exercise and patient handling equipment, consumer lawn and garden tools, and heavy construction equipment.

“Bull Dog” bearings have a glass epoxy shell and utilize LM76’s Minuteman Green Self Lubricating liner. These low coefficient of friction bearings exhibit little to no wear after thousands of hours of use. They can be used with RC60, 303 Stainless, ceramic coated aluminum shafting, as well as soft or harden steel shafting.

LM76 also manufacturers a broad variety of FDA & USDA compliant bearings and shafting, in inch sizes of .25 inches to 1.5 inches, and a FDA & USDA compliant profile rail and slide system that can easily be integrated into new and existing applications. The bearing options include: Self-lubricating FDA & USDA compliant TeflonĀ® composite bearings in a 304 stainless steel shell, and lower cost bearings with a ceramic coated shell and FDA & USDA compliant liner. Bearings are available in closed and open configurations, and are drop-in replacements for all inch sized linear ball bearings.
